Where do we meet our guests?

Suvarnabhumi Airport

We’ll meet you in the arrival zone at Meeting Point near exit №3, which is on the second floor. The driver will be waiting for you holding a card with your name on it.

Don Mueang Airport

If you arrive at Don Mueang Airport (DMK), we’ll meet you at the gate 5 terminal 1 (for international flight) or at the gate 12 terminal 2 (for domestic flight).

Fast Track — easy passport control at Suvarnabhumi Airport (Fast Track Immigration Service)

If you need to enter Thailand quickly and without any difficulties at passport control, we offer Fast Track service at Suvarnabhumi Airport. A staff member will meet you near the passport control area and guide you through the passport control without queuing.

Prices are in Thai Baht (THB).

If you order Fast Track service together with a taxi, the stuff will take you to the meeting place with the driver, and also help with baggage collection.

How can I pay?

1. Payment can be made by VISA or MasterCard and other methods. After checking availability, we will send the payment link on WhatsApp or Email.

2. To a Thai bank account in baht (via a cash machine, bank branch or any Thai bank mobile app).

3. Cash in the office by pre-arranging the time of the visit and the service(s) to be paid for in Online Support. You can pay in the office only in Thai baht and at least 3 days prior to the date of the trip.

4. Cash to the courier, it is necessary to agree the address, time of arrival of the courier and paid service(s) in advance in the chat Online Support. The cost of the courier is 300 baht. For payments of 5000 baht or more, the courier is free of charge. You can pay the courier only in Thai baht and at least 3 days before the date of the trip.

How does the booking process work?

Yes, you will have to pay some extra money if your hotel or house is situated outside Pattaya. For example, if it is to the south of the area of the Ambassador Hotel, you will pay extra 270 THB.
