Where can I find prices for your services?
Which currency should I pay?

The guide or driver accepts cash payments in Thai Baht (THB). You can also pay in Thai Baht (THB) by bank transfer or at the office.

How can I pay for the services which require prepayment on the website?

Payment can be made by VISA or MasterCard.


     
How does the booking process work?

Simply book online, and we’ll confirm availability for your chosen date. After that, you’ll receive a payment link via WhatsApp or Email. You can also choose other payment options, such as paying at our office or directly to a Thai bank account.

Can I book in advance?

You can book any service in advance within 30 days. The latest time for booking (if available):

  • Tour and join transfer – the day before until 6:00 p.m.
  • Taxi and private transfer – during business hours, but no later than 4 hours before the travel time.

What is the difference between group and private tours?

Is insurance included in the tour price?

For most tours, insurance is already included and provided by the tour operator. However, please note that insurance is not available for shows, water parks, amusement parks, and similar activities.
